I’m Michael Cohen. Sarantium Ventures is my own search: a single buyer, using my own capital, looking to buy one established South Florida business and run it full-time. There is no fund behind me and no investment committee to convince. When we talk, you are talking to the person who will own and operate the business.
My career has been in financial operations, working inside companies across manufacturing, distribution, e-commerce, consumer goods, and PE-backed businesses, getting under the hood of how they actually make money. I read a P&L the way an operator does, not just an accountant. That is the lens I will bring to whatever I buy.
I’m buying a business to run and improve, not to strip down or flip. The people, the customer relationships, and the reputation you have built are the reason a business is worth buying; I have no interest in tearing any of that apart. My aim is to be a good steward of what you have spent years building, and to carry it into the next chapter.
For brokers and intermediaries: I am actively searching, I move quickly, and I work directly with whoever brings the deal. No fees withheld. If you have a business that fits, I would like to hear about it.
