What this site collects
This site has no account logins, no advertising pixels, and no cross-site tracking. Personal data is collected in two places: the scheduling calendar on the Contact page, and the demo-request form. The site also measures page views and performance in aggregate; that measurement is cookie-free and not tied to you (see Analytics below).
The scheduling calendar
The Contact page embeds a booking calendar from Cal.com. When you schedule a call, Cal.com collects the name, email address, and time zone you enter, and sets its own cookies to run the booking. Cal.com is the data processor for that information, governed by its own privacy policy. We receive the booking details so we can meet with you. If you would rather not use the embedded calendar, email us instead.
The demo-request form
If you ask us to build a demo for your industry, the form collects your name, work email, company, and role, plus what you tell us about the systems you run. That submission reaches us as an email delivered through Resend, and we keep the contact details in our CRM, HubSpot, so we can follow up about the demo. Both act as processors for that data. We use it to reply and to build the demo you asked about, nothing else.
Analytics
The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to count page views and measure loading performance. These run without cookies, do not track you across sites, and report in aggregate; we cannot identify you from them.
If you write to contact@sarantium.co, we keep that correspondence to reply and to follow up on a possible engagement. We do not add you to any mailing list.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing. The interactive demos on this site run entirely on synthetic data; nothing you click or explore inside them is recorded beyond the aggregate page-view counts described under Analytics.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard server request logs (such as IP address, timestamp, and requested page) as part of serving and protecting the site. These logs are operational, not used to profile you.
Seeing or removing your data
To see what we hold or have it deleted, email contact@sarantium.co and we will take care of it, including removal from our CRM. For data held inside the booking calendar, you can also contact Cal.com directly.
