We sit at the intersection of finance, operations, and capital allocation. That position generates deal flow, and two conversations are always open: buying or selling a business, and the capital around it.

Our work inside PE-backed companies and SMBs puts us in contact with business owners, operators, and capital sources on a regular basis. When we see a deal, a capital need, or an operator looking for a home, we connect it to the right person in the network. Sometimes formally, sometimes not.
